Feature that hides item Price and an option for 'Request for Quotation'

As a PIMS member, we would like to request for a feature that hides price for items such as (customized, with indefinite fluctuation/increase in prices), and an additional clickable tab that says "Request for Quotation". This will help us secure unforeseen and uncertain future price change.

Agree! As a CS Agent also, this will help manage customer's expectation before they RFQ, and will also avoid dissatisfaction when we ask to top up upon self-checkout.
