As a CS agent, I want to streamline the sourcing process by prompting buyers to provide as much information as possible in the initial sourcing request to avoid back and forth lag. Details like "are you looking for an exact match or are alternatives from other brands acceptable?" "what is the deadline for this offer?" and other specifications such as dimensions, material etc (+ how flexible they are in all of these specs).
Noted that Selene has also suggested an online form for RFQ, perhaps we can make a clear distinction between RFS and RFQ for the buyers on our website. RFQ is for items we offer but the price may be outdated, whereas RFS is for items we do not have listed on our website. Or perhaps we can merge these 2 forms.
