As a buyer, if an order is yet to be confirmed by supplier, or if there is long lead time for the order, I would like to the option to cancel the order on my own, without needing to liaise back and forth with a CS agent. FD ticket 236195 for reference.
As soon as Eezee is informed that the item is OOS, a member of our Order Management team may update the system, which will trigger an automatic email to the buyer, and allow them to select how they want to proceed by clicking a button (either in the email or in buyer's dashboard), instead of writing an email back to CS
