We only have 1 chance to make a 1st impression. If we drop the ball the first time an enterprise user uses us, we possibly would lose them as a customer forever. As a member from Eezee, I would like to know if an order is a 1st time purchase so that I can give extra VIP treatment (e.g. accept price match, shorter SLAs, welcome them to eezee, personally give them a call) I would also like to know if an order is made by users who rarely purchase so that I can also extend to them the VIP treatment.
