When a product is in private catalog and becomes inactive, allow customer to enquire & RFQ for the product
Customer may save the link to products, previously offered to them.
However, when those products become inactive, the listing can no longer be accessed, it may lead to an unpleasant experience for the customer and lead us to lose a potential sale.
