Remove Hotjar Feedback from Seller Company Page or setup a separate feedback mechanism for seller company pages w/o mentioning eezee

As a PIMs team, i would like to remove unused L3 category on admin page. As on the category page as below, it stated that the category have 5 item in it, hence we are unable to delete it. But after checking, we found that this category doesn't have any items. Not only this category, but other category also have invalid number of product. The number of products on the website does not match those on the category page. As example, on the category page "Bolt cutters" have total number 118 items, but after checking the actual number is only 112. Please help with this issue Thanks

Postal Code in Malaysia,ID & Thailand is normally 5 digits. Admin/quotation add address does not support adding of 5 digit postal code
